A Few Things On My Mind, Part 5

Study halls are great, I usually do homework but I had a choir lesson today so mine was cut short :(

1) HOMECOMING in 3 DAYS! Woot woot.

2) I need to go shopping: Bananagrams, two scarves, two "fashion tops" :), a pair of good non-stretch skinnies, a couple of headbands, a LBD, blank CD's, CD wallet. Wow, my paycheck is hypothetically deteriorationg FAST.

3) I wish I could roll my r's. And tongue trill.

4) LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE

5) Inkies rocks.

6) I need to get more pop to put in le frigo....

7) The Lost Get Found by Britt Nicole - AWESOME songs.

And lonely just to watch you go......

A Few Things On My Mind, Part 4

Vespers at Bethel on Sundays rocks...

1) Vespers only rocks when they play the songs I like. :)

2) I should get over myself and like every song.

3) Jesus is pretty awesome.

4) My mom is pretty awesome for letting me go out at 10 on a Sunday night... then again it is Jesus... but still.

5) I feel pretty awesome for hanging with the cool college kids. (Actually I go with a fellow sophomore and my cousin, but w/e).

6) Water balloons are only fun when you fill them with jello. Or cottage cheese.... BOTH????

7) Crying babies during the sermon at church need to be taken in the hallway if they don't stop.

8) Mulan rocks.

9) I probably should be getting to bed soon.

10) I drank way too much Mountain Dew today.

11) Gahhhhhh I hate Mondays.

12) After a good night at Vespers who needs boys??? :)

13) I am sitting in the dark in the dining room at my house on the net because this is where I get internet service in my house, and the outside light is on and it definitely looks like there is a creepy man in the shadows.... but it is only one of the bars to the banister... and my imagination... and I WILL convince myself it is not there. Gahhhhhhhhhh scaring myself moving on.

14) I am going to steal Mariah Carey's vocal range and Lauren/Alyssa Barlows' voices.

Have a great night. Burritos much?

A Few Things On My Mind, Part 3

I went to J and J's party tonight...

1) HAWT boy there, got his number, too bad about 5 other girls did too :P

2) Fun dancing, too bad DJ kind of SUCKED

3) Good to see all of the people that aren't at school anymore

4) Where the hell did my CUPID SHUFFLE GO??? DJ's lie all the time.

5) J and J's mom TOTALLY ROCKS and is SO CUTE

6) YUM YUM chicken and cocktail meatballs.

7) Got some cute pictures.

Overall good night. Fun fun fun.

HOMECOMING NEXT WEEK :) :) :)

A Few Things On My Mind, Part 2

1) Megan Fox bugs the SHIT out of me.
I liked her BEFORE Transformers (ughhh boring movie) and then she got all vain and "I'm the next Angelina" type of stuck-upness. Guess what Fox? Angelina can beat your butt any day.

2) Beyoncé is AWESOME. Kanye is dumb, and poor Tay Swift. But Beyoncé is so classy and invited Taylor up again and she's just all around great. I love her.

3) I know this guy. He's got the cutest smile and I love hanging out with him. But he's a tad too old for me AND he has some crap in his life right now AND he's a tad too old AND that's weird. But I can't help having a little crush, you know? At least it's not awkward BECAUSE he's a tad too old. hahahaha. He's kind of a cynic though. Oh well. (and don't get your panties in a bunch, he's not from school).

WOW.

We all fell of the face of the blogosphere.

Seriously.

Where did we all go?

This is my first post in about 3-4-5 months? I can't even remember.

I thougth I was all cool, being a blogger.

But then I thought, that's dumb. I'm not looking to be the next Perez Hilton. No one wants to read about my average thoughts.

So here's A Few Things On My Mind:

1) Minnesota's supposed to have nice autumns, right? SO CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY IT IS STILL SO F-ING HOT? I mean, nice for summer. But not when you're outside for fourth-block Phys. Ed. to play tennis and dying of heatstroke. Seriously summer you are later than my mom is on a regular basis. We better have a nice winter.

2) Hot Air Balloon - Owl City. C. L. played him in Painting Wednesday. BEST SONG EVER. Gets you pepped up. Just enough contrast of electronic melody and guitar. Nice floaty unicorns-and-rainbows-for-older-people lyrics.

3) School. Love being back and seeing everyone every day (well, for the most part). Trying not to be boy-crazy this year (HA) but I think I'm falling for the flirt (again) when really I should have a nice, average-but-nice guy in mind. But I don't. Well f-me.

4) I love our church youth group. What other youth groups would go to the apple orchard, come back with the intent of making apple baked goods and end up in a sticky-marshmallows-on-cars war? I don't understand us sometimes. But we totally won.

5) J and J's partayyyyy tomorrow night. SO EXCITED. Dance my... shoes off. lol.

6) Brains, isn't it lovely how we can just think of stuff and it's all in our brain? Where does the stuff we learn get stored? HOW DOES IT ALL FIT? Thinking..... what a subject to ponder.

7) I wish we had class rings supported by our school. Two girls in my math class had their mothers' and I thought that was cool so I asked my mom if she had one, and she said "Well.... I guess you can have mine and wear mine, if I find it." She did and I did. It's GORGEOUS, 1967 (yes mother is old) gold and I don't know what's the center stone. But JJ engraved on the inside of the ring, which LOOK OUT! happens to be my initials also.

8) I think it might be a waste of my private school education if I don't shoot for Ivy, but I mean that's kind of a waste of an Ivy education to major in education, especially primary education. Bethel? BETHEL. I LOVE BETHEL. Their Vespers service is amazing. Hehehe. What I would LOVE to do is study at an Oxford college in Britain, but that sure as hell isn't gonna happen. I guess I could study abroad in England for a year?

9) Speaking of studying abroad I gave up on my France trip a couple of weeks ago. My French is très ABSURD (hahah Little Women). Anyways, I decided I'm going to England, and then on holiday I can catch the TGV to Paris, kill two birds with one stone.

10) I love math, I HATE OUR MATH TEACHER'S METHODS. Seriously, there's only so much teamwork a girl can take.

11) HOMECOMING! Dance. Awesome. Bonfire also. Sure.

12)Gahhhhh my beautiful bracelet I got from the State Fair is FADING :( :(. Last year I got a black one and that one didn't fade (well it's black) but I lost it so I bought a blue because they were out of black and it's fading. And light blue doesn't look pretty when it fades :(

JEN. IS. BACK.
(or whatever I'm calling myself these days. I really truly honestly can't remember)

Nostalgia

Today I went to the Roseville Middle School play to see all of my 8th grade friends!

It was great!

I miss RAMS theatre. It was so fun and warm and bubbly and close.

I just miss everything in general.

Like 6th grade. 6th grade was AMAZING! We had this awesome teacher and an awesome Language arts teacher and they were just so much fun and us 6th graders were all super close and it was just awesome.

And then middle school came.

I miss my childhood and all of my old friends that went with it.

The Call

One of my favorite songs written and performed by Regina Spektor for the movie The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

I love the lyrics; they relate to Peter and Susan (haha) but also to my life this summer and probably to everyone's life at one time.

It made me cry for both reasons :)

The Call

It started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned into a quiet thought
Which then turned into a quiet word
And then that word grew louder and louder
'Til it was a battle cry
I'll come back when you call me
No need to say goodbye

Just because everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never been this way before
All you can do is try to know who your friends are
As you head off to the war
Pick a star on the dark horizon
And follow the light
You'll come back when it's over
No need to say goodbye

Now we're back to the beginning
It's just a feeling that no one knows yet
But just because they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that you have to forget
Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
'Til they're before your eyes
You'll come back when they call you
No need to say goodbye
You'll come back when they call you
No need to say goodbye

Suburban Life

Here's a new song I wrote today:

Suburban Life

Day in, day out
Everything is so repetitive
I can’t explain
I can’t explain
This feeling but I know I’m stuck
And I’m not getting out

‘Cause I’m afraid
That everything is gonna be this typical way
Forever

What can make my life spectacular?
Pull me out of this average cycle
I’m getting tired of myself
Me and my suburban life

A nine to five
Lifestyle is not what I want
But I’m living it
Sometimes I feel
Like simply running away
To anyplace but this

‘Cause I’m afraid
That everything is gonna be this typical way
Forever

What can make my life spectacular?
Pull me out of this average cycle
I’m getting tired of myself
Me and my suburban life

Brothers and Sisters

Now I don't usually swear much, but this merits it:

I FUCKING LOVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

I just got the first season from the library a week ago that I reserved, and it has been my highlight for the whole week.

The show revolves around the Walker family: William and Nora Walker, and their five (grown) children Sarah, Kitty, Tommy, Kevin, and Justin. William Walker dies early on, and leaves his family with a whole bunch of problems.

You might think that five children is too much.

It's great.

Their family is SO dysfunctional it makes me want a huge family! Not to mention every single one of them are hilarious in their own way and are so full of wit it's crazy.

And Justin Walker, the youngest, is HOT.

This show used to be tied with Desperate Housewives, but now after I've seen the first season again, it is my favorite right now.

This show is DEFINITELY worth seeing! Sunday nights at 9 p.m. Central.

Thirteen

I absolutely love this movie.

Coincidentally, I saw this when I was thirteen, alone in my bedroom. Now I wasn't like what they show in the movie, but I thought even at that age that this was a good eye opener. The three leading actresses (Holly Hunter, Evan Rachel Wood, and Nikki Reed (who was in Twilight)) are absolutely amazing. This is totally a health class movie but if you watch it on your own time, it is definitely worth it.

Go rent it. It is breathtaking.

New Photo Blog

This is my 2nd attempt at a new blog. Only this time it's for pictures :)

Happy Birthday

So tomorrow's my birthday.

I'm really excited.

Because Amanda's baking me a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate frosting and yellow writing.

And I'm getting an apple peeler.

I'm so lucky!

Valentine's Day

Today was just an awesome day.

It was one of the best days in a while.

I even wrote a letter to myself about it.

But no way am I posting it! :)

Hope you guys had a great Valentine's Day; mine was possibly the best Valentine's Day I've ever had! (well I guess it IS the best Valentine's Day I've ever had)(and no it is not because of a creature of the XY chromosome)(well partly... ;)

If I didn't get to spend it with you, I really wish I had :) That would've made my day out of this world! (Wow, I can't believe I just said that)

And if your Valentine's Day didn't rock, I'm sorry I'm rubbing mine in and call me up so we can make up for your day and PARTY!

I just think I should be grateful for the good things in life, not dwelling on the bad :)

Valentine's Day 2009. One to remember.

Disney Animated Film Original Posters

Two of my favorite original posters! (The Tarzan one is pretty too but I couldn't find a pic of that one)

BarlowGirl

My favorite band.

Has been for about 2-3 years?

They are amazing. And they deserve a post.

Yes, they're Christian. But their music ranges from rock to acoustic and is awesome! I have seen them in concert 3 times, twice at Club 3 Degrees and once at Sonshine Fest. They ROCK in concert!

Also, they're their own band, which rocks.

I got one of my CD's autographed at Sonshine Fest! I was so excited.

Except for the group before me that met them KNEW them, I guess, so they got a posed picture. But I didn't know that. So the drummer talked to me and she was awesome (which is why she's my favorite, but also she drums which is amazing) but the other two were preoccupied :( And then I was kicked out of the line because I was trying to get a picture with them but I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO. Boo. But oh well. They rock anyway. And they are inspiration to many failed songs I write :) I try to be all cool and write songs, but 99.5% of the time they end up as failures. Oh well.

And I liked them BEFORE they were super popular! Kinda proud of that fact

Like I thought Pattinson was hot BEFORE he became Edward.

Did I mention the Barlow sisters are gorgeous? They are. I'm jealous.

Oh yeah. And their music is amazing :)

"Million Voices", "Never Alone", and their cover at their concert of "Rain Down" by Delirious? are all amazing!

BarlowGirl rox my sox off. Except for I could probably think of a better name for them. Such as Kirspink!. Hahaha

Ask Me Again

Here's a song that I wrote.

Inspired by Lisa (actually the first line is taken from her poem, I hope she doesn't mind).

Definitely pertaining to my life right now.

Ask Me Again

Ask me again
In a little while
When I have everything figured out
Ask me again
In a little while
When I can give you the answer you’re looking for
‘Cause I hate to upset you
But some day I gotta do what I want to do
So later on
Ask me again

Ask me again
When I’m better off
When I’m more capable of answering
Ask me again
‘Cause right now you’ll find
I can’t tell you a simple yes or no
I don’t mean to upset you
But right now I’m not prepared for change
So later on
Ask me again

Ask me again
When I finally know
What I want to do with my life
Ask me again
When I realize
That all my dreams might not come true in the end
And I don’t want to upset you
But in the meantime I gotta learn on my own
So later on
Ask me again

Life

I like my life.

I don't want to grow up.

I want to stay this age forever.

I don't like complications.

I don't like having dreams that are just out of my reach.

I don't like having time to ponder life.

I don't like having idols that don't live up to my expectations.

I hate my imperfections.

I hate fake friends.

I hate depressing movies.

I think it's weird to know I'm in control of my life.

I love my dogs.

I think it's weird to know I'm an actual person.

I'm scared for the future.

I'm scared to set goals for myself that I know I can't attain.

I hate awkwardness.

I hate to know that I'm unhappy with these things even though I know there are people far worse off than me.

I hate that I hate to rock the boat.

Such as saying I love Jesus.

I don't like people being disappointed in me.

I hate that I get so attached to characters.

I hate that I idolize celebrities based on their characters.

I don't like being only 1 in 6 billion people.

I hate money.

I hate myself for being so greedy.

I hate it that I can't be grateful for anything.

I hate songs that make me cry.

I hate that I care about what other people think.

I hate embarrassing myself.

I hate my talents (or lack thereof).

I hate being mediocre at everything.

I hate myself for being sucked in to the skinny fad.

I hate knowing that I need to change and knowing that I can but won't.

I hate that I sometimes have to talk about other people to make me feel better.

I hate this feeling.

I hate that I will surely forget this in a day or two until it comes back.

Narnia

I love Narnia. I am obsessed with Narnia.

When the first one came out, I saw it 5 TIMES in theatres. And I have the soundtrack. The scores are beautiful.

This morning I watched Prince Caspian. I have to say William Moseley and Ben Barnes are SO HOT. Skandar Keynes? Not so much :)

And now I am in Narnia Depression.

The first movie was a happy ending. Especially with the end credit song "Can't Take It In" by Imogen Heap. Beautiful! The Pevensies didn't mean to leave, they just happened to. And the last line was a joke!

Prince Caspian was not a happy ending AT ALL. Especially if you love Peter and Susan; they are my favorite characters. AND THEY'RE NOT COMING BACK! And they have to finish it off with a beautiful but depressing song "The Call" by Regina Spektor. PETER'S NOT COMING BACK, AND SUSAN'S NOT COMING BACK AT ALL. PISS YOU LEWIS.

In The Last Battle, they all die. Literally. Sorry to ruin it for you, but Peter, Lucy, and Edmund are killed in a train wreck. Boo hoo. They all return to "heaven" Narnia. BUT WHAT ABOUT SUSAN??? Nope, she doesn't believe in Narnia anymore. Ugh. At least Lewis was quoted "I'd like to think that Susan will get there in her own way". WELL YOU WROTE THE FREAKING BOOK.

I am just so frustrated! They are not coming back. They are not coming back. UGHHHHHHH!

And Anna Popplewell, along with her gorgeousness and luckiness to be able to work with B.B. and W.M., gets to study at Oxford. IN ENGLAND! Well, yeah she's from there, but still. I WANT TO STUDY AT OXFORD! Too bad I'm not going to become a Rhodes Scholar in the near future. Thank you Martha.

I am jealous.

Wrock

Wrock rocks my sox off.

Wrock (or wizard rock) is music completely and utterly devoted to Harry Potter.

I know. Nerd City!

Really, though, it is hilarious. Even though I myself am a newbie to it, I would suggest starting out with either Harry and the Potters or Draco and the Malfoys. Both are on iTunes.

My personal favorite is "Save Ginny Weasley from Dean Thomas" by H & the P. It is such a dance song and is so cheerful! The lyrics are hilarious! I love it!

I also like "Potions Yesterday", "My Dad is Rich", and "99 Death Eaters" (parody of "99 Red Balloons), all by D & the M. They are my faves so far. You can find the whole songs on YouTube.

If you are a Harry Potter fan, check these out! They are a great clean source of entertainment!!!

Crime Shows

Crime shows are the best.

My favorites are Numb3rs, CSI: NY, Law and Order: SVU, and newly my favorite, The Mentalist.

I love how they can catch the person in like an hour.

Also the high tech equipment they use. They (the equipment and people) rock my world.

Sometimes when I am watching I think of how I'd try to not be found if I, say, (hypothetically) killed someone. Yeah that sounds super weird and creepy.* But like would I throw the gun in the middle of the river? Nope, divers always find it. Would I bury the body in the middle of the woods? Nope, that's what bloodhounds are for. Damn, those FBI agents/crime scene investigators/detectives/mentalists are good!

I love these shows also because no matter what crime they are investigating at the time they always somehow end up at a strip club :).

Shall I also say that Simon Baker is very charismatic?!?

Yeah, he's old(er), and he's the bad guy in the Devil Wears Prada but that's just because he got a crappy character to play. I mean, he's Australian!

So all in all, crime shows can't be beat (except for Desperate Housewives, my guilty pleasure!)

*Note: I absolutely DO NOT take this seriously. I am not a closet serial killer or enjoy murder! Really, please do not refer me to a counselor/the police.

Dreams

I'm the kind of person who can remember their dreams.

Sometimes I journal about them.

I fly frequently, but I haven't for a while. That saddens me.

I love the dreams when you're disappointed to wake up, because that means your life is great then.

I also love the dreams with celebrities. They are so funny.

Here's my favorite flying dream. I remember it quite vividly for it being dreamt a couple years ago:

I'm in a grassy field. The grass is a vivid green, and goes on for miles all around me. The sky is a pretty blue, with big fat puffy clouds floating in the sky. Randomly in the middle of this field are three "kingdoms" right next to each other, each roughly the size of a carnival. The one on the left is a rides kingdom, like Disneyworld, only the rides are packed together and randomly placed. The middle kingdom is like a massive dark brown wooden playground, only it is my castle. Only it is in the form of a playground :). The kingdom on the right is the Witch's kingdom. I can't remember it as vividly. Anyway, in this dream I can fly. I leap off of the grassy ground and soar! The Dumbo ride in the Left Kingdom is running (I think they all are) and I grab onto it and let go and soar, kind of like a slingshot. Somehow I end up in my castle. My mother is the queen of this kingdom, although she is not my mom in real life. I know I have to defeat the Witch; she is invading our kingdom. Then I wake up.

I swear, this is a true story/dream :) I know I'm wacked up. I love flying dreams.

I can remember a good number of the dreams I've had, some as far back as 6-7 years ago.

I'll post more later :)

Peyton

Dear Peyton,

I miss the way we used to be friends. We lived so close together, I would just walk over to your house in the summer and we'd hang out for most of the day, only going home for dinner.

I miss the way we'd play Nancy Drew computer games (I still do). How we'd grab each other and scream when there was a scary part. How we'd get so frustrated when we couldn't finish a puzzle, and then I finally found the message board online. When we solved our first Nancy Drew case out of your, like, 10 games, and were so proud of ourselves.

I miss the way we used to play kick ball with your brother in your backyard, with ghostrunners, and no matter what we did or despite there being 2 people on our team instead of one, your brother always won. I even miss the way you stomped up the stairs and told on your brother to your mom just because he won.

I miss the way we used to blast the Freaky Friday soundtrack in your room, use your brother's guitars and your empty microphone stand and pretend we were in a band. How we'd start jumping around until we got embarrassed because your brother and his cool friend walked in on us.

I miss the way we used to play dolls, with your awesome doll set and when you got the doll hotel for your birthday.

I miss the time when your brother tried to make us in a band, and he would play guitar, you would sing, and I would play the drums. Only he couldn't find any drumsticks. So instead he gave me 2 parts of a Hot Wheels racetrack to drum with.

I miss that one time your brother caught a frog in the middle of summer and he was positive it was pregnant, so he grabbed his tool kit and we inspected it in the kiddie table in our garage. Only later did he reply, "Oh. Its leg was torn." Poor frog.

I miss our trips to the mall, and when your mom gave you money, you would pick out one thing for each person in your family. The expression your mom had when you gave them their things was priceless. What's better is that it happened each time too.

I miss the way we would play in the summer until dark, riding our bikes over your brother's bike ramp, so proud of ourselves when we actually didn't fall. How we'd play soccer in the front yard, or crawl into the baby-blue Spitfire in your garage and pretend we were Stacey Hinkhouse from Freaky Friday and that we could actually drive.

I miss the jitters of starting middle school together. We would finally be at the same school. But then, like the classic friendship split up, we grew apart, and you sought out popularity when I was content. I miss the sporty girl with the cute little laugh, not the boy-crazy preppy do-to-impress girl you became.

I really can't say everything I miss about our friendship.

But most of all, I miss the person you used to be.

Love, Jinna

Homepage

Hey guys, I posted this on my other blog, but it was dee-LEEE-tid! So anywho:

You can usually set your homepage on your computer, just go to Preferences (on Macs) and I don't know what you do, PCs, so you guys are just going to have to wing it. Set your homepage to the Click to Give at the Animal Rescue Site:

Every time you log on, you can just *CLICK!* to give food to rescued animals! That is so amazing!

What's even more amazing:

Near the top of the page, they have tabs that say:
Hunger
Breast Cancer
Child Health
Literacy
Rainforest
Animal Rescue

Click any of those tabs, and you're transported to ANOTHER "Click to Give" page corresponding with the tab title!

I did this in study hall, and I just went through all of them and clicked as fast as I could for like 5 minutes. It was so fun.

DO THIS NOW AND SAVE THE WORLD!

Unrealistic Things in Movies

Here is the beginning of a list of Unrealistic Things in Movies:

1. Brushing your teeth, no matter how clean it makes them, is never sexy.
2. Almost NEVER in real life can a person come up with a perfect comeback.
3. I highly doubt that in King Henry the Womanizer's time they had hair straighteners.

Lemme know if you have any ideas to add to this one bullet list!

Inauguration

I have to be honest, if I was old enough to vote last November, I would've voted McCain.

I mean, I like Obama as a person. He seems like a dude with good intentions. But I don't agree with his policies.

But I have to say it'll be an exciting moment in history tomorrow at the inauguration. I'm excited to watch it!

And his family is so adorable. Michelle kicks ass, and his two little girls are so cute! Also they don't seem like the type to soak up the fame either.

Although really, is it that hard to pick a dog?

I mean who cares what breed it is? As long as it fits in the White House and it's potty trained, that's good enough for me.

Personally, I think they should get a dog that's about to be euthanized and SAVE IT.

Because he/she will be devoted to them for the rest of their lives.

I want to live in the White House.

Grr.

Heroin

Here's the song exclusively written by me:

Heroin

Chorus:
Heroin kills
Heroin kills
Heroin kills
So don't inject yourself
(repeat)

You think you scored big at some random party
But heroin kills so don't do it buddy
It flows through your body like spandex is tight (yeah!)
So we're gonna stand up and fight (it)

Chorus 6x

Okay, so maybe not the best song for the first post under songs. But oh well.

Kirspink

I'm in a band.

It's called Kirspink.

Well, Martha wanted to call it Kirkland Sport Drink, because of the bottle sitting on her piano, but that was copyrighted.

Hence Kirspink. I totally came up with that name and

It's genius. (Well technically we haven't all decided on it but I think it's great)

I'm co-manager, technical manager (since I'm the one with GarageBand), graphics designer, co-writer, and tambourinist.

Since I have no talent.

Right now our band consists of: guitarist, keyboard/pianist, and violinist.

And me.

Should be fun!

I'll post songs later.

Much love
Angélique

Shakespeare

Like as the waves make towards the pibbled shore
So do our minutes hasten to their end
Each changing place with that which goes before
In sequent toil all forwards do contend

Gotta memorize this and 10 more lines by Tuesday. Great.

City

Sometimes I really hate living in/near the city.

Stupid snow plows.

I remember being a little girl, running up to the T.V. screen and watching anxiously if my school would be canceled. I mean at least give me a 2 hour delay.

Nope.

So here I was all excited that a million schools were starting late.

NOT MINE.

Ugh.

It is going to be -45º in the morning tomorrow.

DO NOT TELL ME THAT THAT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS A LATE START.

Seriously, if the weather reports are issuing a wind chill WARNING then school should really start late.

Nope.

AHHHHHHHHH.

Study Halling

Today I was study halling. Literally. In a 6 hour 40 minute school day I had 2 hours of study hall today. Holy crap.

Well, at least I got my homework done. Woot woot.

I am so sore from badminton. BADMINTON. Not to mention embarrassed because I can't even complete an underhand serve and get the birdie over the net. UGHH.

I hate Phy. Ed. With a passion.

Ooh, I just did a jasmine vanilla salt scrub on my arms, legs, and feet, and it was AMAZING! Now my legs are all soft :) haha.

That's it for today!

Birthday

Today is my precious dog Princess' birthday.

She is 9 years old and very fat.

Let's sing Happy Birthday to her!

On three:

Happy birthday you fatty,
You look like a hamburger patty!
You're getting pretty old toooooooooo
So go easy on the treats!

I'm sorry if that was offensive. I'm just kidding :)

I have no problem with bigger people. They can't help it. My dog can. It is all my mom's fault. I told her that every treat she gives Princess she is taking off her life. Yep, I guess she doesn't care.

I need to work on rhyming though, for the next unit in English! It is

*drumroll*

Shakespeare!

I read Hamlet and Much Ado About Nothing last year. Hamlet was horrible. Much Ado wasn't that bad.

And now we have the honor of reading Romeo and Juliet!

Slay me.

Yes, I guess the language is beautiful and whatnot but everyone knows the story.

They fall in love at first sight, they die, throw in a lot of -eths and Thous, and you got yourself some Shakespeare!

Whoops, sorry if I ruined the story for you. Go rent Titanic. Great movie :)

So anywho, I have 2+ hours of study hall on A days. I have absolutely no idea what I'm going to do with myself!

Probably some Facebooking, blogging, ANYTHING but homework.

Did I mention I got a CRAPLOAD of homework today? Oh. Well.

I GOT A CRAPLOAD OF HOMEWORK TODAY.

Eww.

Well that's my tragic life, folks, now I want to know how tragic your lives all are!

Bienvenue!

I have grown to hate my blog.

It is not a good thing when you hate your blog.

So I am starting over.

What a fresh page.

Sorry for the minor inconvenience (or perhaps I didn't inconvenience anyone. Well, that's life).

New posts to come soon!

Au revoir,
Angélique

(Am considering a different name. Have grown tired of my frenchness.)

(Also am considering a second blog for the "deep stuff". I will post it if I decide to set it up)
