Sometimes I really hate living in/near the city.

Stupid snow plows.

I remember being a little girl, running up to the T.V. screen and watching anxiously if my school would be canceled. I mean at least give me a 2 hour delay.

Nope.

So here I was all excited that a million schools were starting late.

NOT MINE.

Ugh.

It is going to be -45º in the morning tomorrow.

DO NOT TELL ME THAT THAT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS A LATE START.

Seriously, if the weather reports are issuing a wind chill WARNING then school should really start late.

Nope.
